Surprised in the best way!

We absolutely loved our stay! The Junior Suite was not outdated, featuring a large balcony with stunning views. Breakfast was good, and the clean dining area added to the experience. The little indoor pool was a delightful bonus, and the helpful staff made us feel right at home. We couldn't have asked for more!

Family-friendly and nice

The breakfast each morning was plentiful, a great mix of American and German options. The best part was the wellness center, it was clean and perfect for relaxing after a busy day.

The staff, while friendly, had moments of confusion, especially with breakfast seating, where we were told to ask before sitting, leading to some unnecessary delays. The sauna was a nice addition, though small. Overall, a well-organized hotel with friendly service, but there’s room for improvement regarding kitchen equipment and staff communication.
